JusCreatives accepts designs on a per-client basis. Once the form is submitted, we will let you know if your project request can be processed. Upon non-refundable payment, JusCreatives will begin the requested project. Note: turnaround times may vary. If your project takes longer/will be delayed, we will notify you. If your order request cannot be processed, we will inform you using the contact information provided.

CLIENT REQUEST FORM
Please complete the client request form on the JusCreatives website to begin your process. Invoices must be paid within 3 days of the date sent unless otherwise specified by JusCreatives. Note: turnaround times may vary. If your project takes longer/will be delayed, our team will notify you.

GRAPHIC REVISIONS
All graphics come with 3 complimentary revisions - all subsequent changes require an additional $25 per round.  Please allow 24-48 hours for revisions. After finalizing a graphic, no changes can be made without being charged an additional fee, regardless of whether the 3 complementary rounds were utilized before final approval. 

 

VIDEO REVISIONS
All videos come with 2 complimentary revisions - all subsequent changes require an additional $40 per round.  Please allow 24-48 hours for revisions. After finalizing a video, no changes can be made without being charged an additional fee, regardless of whether the 2 complementary rounds were utilized before final approval. 

 

PROJECT RETENTION
We reserve the right to client projects from JusCreatives files after 3 months. (This includes all projects, videos, social graphics, brochures, pamphlets, and booklet projects.​)

 

PROJECT CLOSEOUT
JusCreatives reserves the right to close out non-progressive projects after a 7 day grace period.

PROOF-READING
Please ensure all verbiage is spelled and appropriately placed before finalizing the graphic. If misspellings are on printed material, JusCreatives is not responsible. Reprinting will be at the sole discretion and expense of the purchaser.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
JusCreatives reserves the right to cancel or extend any project as we see fit. We will notify customers of any cancellations by sending a letter to the email address provided on their order form. Cancellation guidelines and forfeitures will vary per client and will be outlined in the work agreement cancellation letter sent on a per-customer basis.

SOCIAL SHARING
Please be advised that JusCreatives reserves the right to share completed projects on our choosing's social networks, including but not limited to the JusCreatives Website, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Pricing for graphics include the following files: .JPG and .PNG.
